Internet Marketing
Made Easy!

Website Review Package – is your website up to scratch?

Do you want an expert opinion on your website?

Your website is an essential part of your business.  It needs to deliver results in terms of visibility in the search engines, and generating new business.

You may know that there are problems with your website, and you want a plan of action to fix the faults.

Or you may be too close to your website, and can’t see its problems.  A website review will let you know your website’s strengths and weaknesses, and what you need to do to fix any problems.

For a very competitive price I’ll take a hard look at your website, and give you a no-holds bar set of recommendations and actions you should take, covering everything from search engine optimisation to the quality of your copy writing.

This is not a generic mass produced report with your company name printed at the top.  It is a individually written report, typically 4 to 5 pages long, itemising specific recommendations for how to :

  • get higher rankings in the search engines
  • get more visitors to your website
  • convert more visitors into paying customers

Each report will cover the issues appropriate to the website being reviewed, but we will comment on:

  • Search engine optimisation
  • Usability
  • Trustworthiness
  • Making the Sale
  • Compliance
  • Overall impression

How much does it cost?

Each review costs £195 plus VAT.  We require payment in advance of reviewing your website, and accept payment either by credit card, or will raise a VAT invoice.  Either way, you will get a VAT receipt.

When will I get my report?

You will have your report within 10 working days of your order, and typically much more quickly than that.

What will the report contain?

Each report is individually written, but we will always report on the search engine friendliness of your site, the effectiveness of its web design, and produce a detailed set of recommendations for improvement.

Examples of our Comments and Recommendations

Your training pages doesn’t provide enough information about your courses.  It should have copy at the top that says how wonderful your training is, who should attend, what the benefits are to me, and generally more information.  You’re going straight to the booking page without  providing me with enough information to want to make the booking.”

“Your Title tag reads ‘Welcome to the xxx Guest House – Bed and Breakfast Accommodation.”‘ You should rewrite your Title tag to eliminate wasteful words such as Welcome to the… and consider a format that includes your location to help searchers find your business, such as “London Bed and Breakfast – xxx Guest House – Euston, London”.  You currently have identical Title tags on every page of your website, and these should be rewritten to reflect the content of each page.  For example, your rooms are ensuite, and it would be useful to have that information in the Title of that page.
“For goodness sakes, go put more content on your TripAdvisor entry. TripAdvisor is an essential marketing tool for any accommodation provider in the UK.  Put photos of your flowers! Pictures of your rooms!  Add information about what I can do in your vicinity.  And most importantly, encourage your guests to write reviews.”

“You do not appear to have any terms and conditions on your site, or a privacy policy statement that talks about complying with the Data Protection Act, which you must do by law.  I’ve attached a factsheet that you will find useful.”
