Hallam Communications Ltd is leading provider of Internet marketing consultancy and training services in the UK. Established in 1999, Hallam works with a range of clients, including small and medium sized businesses, corporate clients, and the public sector.
Our mission is to become one of the most highly regarded providers of Internet marketing services in the UK. Our business has two key activities: consultancy and training.
The company draws on the experience of a network of consultants, all under the guidance of managing consultant Susan Hallam. Susan herself is an independent business consultant specialising in web marketing strategy and tactics, customer relationship management and the business impact of emerging Internet technologies.
Internet marketing leadership: a wealth of valuable experience
Qualified in America, Susan has an MSc in Information Science, and is an accredited independent business advisor listed on the BusinessLink Supplier Brokerage database. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals, and has worked in the British information industry since 1985.
She serves on the board of EMITA, the East Midlands International Trade Association.
Prior to establishing Hallam Communications in 2000, Susan worked as Electronic Commerce Programme Manager at Capital One Bank. Before that she held the position of Systems Integration and Consultancy Manager at British Telecom, where she was responsible for developing Internet solutions for BT’s small to medium size business customers.
Susan’s initial interest in the Internet arose from her teaching and research role as Senior Lecturer in Information Technology at The Nottingham Trent University where she continues to guest lecture.
